In regards to senior positions or rare competence, where you need to fill specific or senior executive positions, we conduct a search on your talent market – by identifying and attracting the individuals that will meet your needs. We can also do a limited search where you have the names of the candidates that you want to approach, but may not be able to. We will contact these candidates and communicate why your company, and the specific position that you want to fill, would be interesting and a good fit for them.
We always work according to a structured process. Selecting the most suitable candidates is done through a competency-based interview. If requested, we also conduct a personality test with a feedback interview.
We can also help you with a second opinion of a candidate if you have an internal candidate or candidates from your own network that you want to assess in a recruitment process.
